Getting away from traditional law firms, Rangel Law is here to protect you and your business, your assets and your ideas. A big shift on the way we work and who we worked with.
Rangel Law was created to work with startups and small businesses; entrepreneurs and individuals with high energy and passion for what they do. Providing you with skilled and practical legal advice, including tailored legal documents to expanding businesses achieve success.
Rangel Law was founded in 2021, right in the middle of a global pandemic. We are an online firm that understands the needs of startup and small businesses clients. Our main goal is to help you set up your new business, assist you in choosing the right structure, and checking all of your leases, contracts, terms and conditions, as well as intellectual property protection (including trade mark).

Lavínia Rangel
Oh hey, I’m Lavinia.
Lavinia is a Senior Legal Counsel, a skilled contract negotiator and a problem solver. She is a trusted advisor with a track record of achieving her client’s objectives. Lavinia is open minded, observant, optimistic, and an excellent communicator.
She began her legal career over 20 years ago when she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in Brazil, passed the Brazilian Bar Examination and began practicing law.
After immigrating to Australia, Lavinia was determined to qualify as a lawyer in NSW, which has a different legal system to those of South America. She completed a Diploma in Law at The University of Sydney in 2013 and she was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales the following year.
Lavinia is a proud member of The Law Society of NSW and maintains her registration as a lawyer in Brazil as well.
